flooded piano

Last weekend, parts Nashville and surrounding areas where devastated by torrential rains, flash floods, swollen rivers. Entire neighborhoods were destroyed. The kids and I spent the better part of Saturday in Bellevue, west of Nashville, cleaning debris from an out-building damaged by the muddy waters of the flooded Harpeth River, and sweeping up crumbling drywall. I am proud of them for volunteering, and I pray for those who lost loved ones, homes, and possessions.
