   Technically, if you downloaded and bought through I tunes or another format, you purchased the rights to that song, you paid for that song. Right?
   Also, what will people do at events, like ball games, where they play songs and it is background music at games that are “recorded”. hmmm….what would a sporting event be with out music?

   Ok, I’ve got it. You can sing (a capella, of course) songs of public domain. Surprised you didn’t think of it.
