Jennifer (our trainer) played Kelly Clarkson (What Doesn’t Kill You Makes you Stronger) 3 or 4 times this morning. Probably why she’s in your head. An elderly friend used to tell me that “Fear was Faith, distorted”. I could never wrap my head around the concept. I can see where fear would not exist with a full Faith.
