I’m with ya on the team building exercises that last all day. We have them atleast quarterly. How many “games” can adults really play with toilet paper? I can count 2 or 3…..
Or the character on a post it note stuck to your back game.
ARRGGHH!!!!The epic music was great! Especially at the end when you were talking louder and LOUDER!

Loved it Doug! We just ventured into team building at Discovery Center. I led my first “Boomwhacker” team building activity today for a group of State Farm employees. I think they had fun, as it was only an hour long.

I wouldn’t mind team-building exercises so much if something ever came of them. I like all the self-reflective information, but it seldom ever changes a group.
