New Banner, Uncooperative Theme

I spent WAY too long making a banner for my blog, only to upload it and have the theme I’m using cover it up, plus the whole image isn’t showing up. I’m using the EverBrite Multi theme. What’s going on here? The banner displays correctly on my phone. UGH. Anyone have any advice?

    Love the banner but only being at this a few months myself …
    I don’t know nuthin’ bout no uncooperative a themes!

      I’ll keep messing with it until I get it working. Hopefully it’s not a .com limitation!

    I am a novice at word press and have yet to be able to create the look and banner I want. Aaarrrgghhh!
