Last night was the third annual Beary Merry Holiday Extravaganza, a fundraising show hosted by the Music City Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. The variety of entertainment, the dancing, the hilarity, and then community support for OutCentral was amazing, but it’s the smiles that will stay with me.

My favorite thing about being a Sister is how our work brings together such a diverse group of people. There’s something about the makeup, the outfits, and the general goofiness of it all that creates a space where people can celebrate whose they are without fear of judgment. I’m so happy to be a part of it!
