It does last longer. And it does stay put. I set it with Ben Nye Final Set, so it isn’t going anywhere until I use a makeup remover wipe. But what I like is how it goes on.
Here’s what I do: I apply a line across my entire bottom lip, straight from the tube. Then I purse my lips and kinda roll the around while the lip tar is wet. This not only distributes the tar across the tar evenly but it pushes the excess to the outside of my lips creating a darker liner effect. It’s kind of oily, so it shimmers and shines when light hits it. I then blot it a couple of times before setting, or tap fine glitter into it, then set.
It’s taken what can be a lengthy process down to something manageable.
what is lip tar?

It comes in a small tube. It’s thinner, creamier than lipstick. It takes very little each application.

Does it last longer? And does it stay put? I need to know for some reason.

Dear me! This sounds rawther complicated. Then again, I have four brothers and no sisters. I missed out on the female mysteries.
