I’ve decided to stop drinking the little amount of coffee that I drink. I only have 16-20oz each morning, but still, I anticipate caffeine withdrawal.
Why am I doing this? It’s a small expense I don’t need to spend; I understand that it can contribute to digestive problems, which I’ve been battling off and on all summer; I’ve never really liked the taste of coffee.
So, the plan is to cut back gradually each day for a week the number of scoops I put in the grinder. I’ll provide updates in the comments.
